Amy Stuttle

Founder & CEO

Amy Stuttle founded Victory Men’s Health after her husband suffered liver failure from an over-the-counter testosterone booster—a moment that clarified her mission: create a trusted, stigma-free environment where men meet with medical experts and receive concierge-level healthcare. Under Amy’s leadership, Victory raises the bar on men’s health with advanced diagnostics, individualized protocols, and a focus on prevention and longevity.

In addition to leading Victory, Amy hosts the podcast Women Want Strong Men, featuring guests across health, business, professional sports, politics, and entrepreneurship to deliver education, practical insight, and inspiration. A former collegiate golfer, she previously worked in medical sales and owned The Pilates Barre Studio—experiences that shaped her vision for a results-driven, health-focused approach. Amy also consults with physicians to help them break away from traditional, insurance-based sick care and open high-performing, patient-centric practices.

Dr. David Yablonsky

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. David Yablonsky is a board-certified internist with over 25 years of clinical experience. He cares for adults across a full spectrum of needs, including chronic disease management, primary care, hormone optimization, erectile dysfunction, weight loss, and correction of vitamin deficiencies. His focus is prevention and health optimization.

Dr. Yablonsky graduated with honors from Boston University and earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a three-year Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He has held leadership roles at Grinnell Regional Medical Center, including Chief of Medicine, Internal Medicine Section Chief, Medical Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, and Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He has advanced training through Cenegenics, WorldLink Medical, A4M, AMMG, and the International Peptide Society.

Dr. Matthew Bradley

MEDICAL OFFICER

Dr. Matthew Bradley, MD, graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 with a degree in Biochemistry. He completed medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine in 2004. After medical school, Dr. Bradley completed his residency at Oregon Health and Science University and is board-certified by The American Board Of Orthopedic Surgery. His past leaderships include, serving on the legislative committee of the Oregon State Medical Association, Mobility Impaired Golf Association and Amputee Care Foundation. By being an above knee amputee, Dr. Bradley knows that living a healthy lifestyle is imperative for his career and his body, which is why he has a special interest in men’s health and wellness.

Lauren Finnerty

Nurse Practitioner

Lauren Finnerty, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in men’s health optimization. She earned her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from the Goldfarb School of Nursing and worked primarily as a perioperative nurse before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University. Lauren previously served as a Nurse Practitioner in pain management and addiction medicine before joining the Victory Men’s Health team.

Lauren continues to expand her expertise in hormone replacement therapy and peptide medicine through continuing education with WorldLink Medical, A4M, and AMMG. She partners closely with Dr. David Yablonsky to deliver a high standard of evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Manpreet Budhan

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Manpreet Budhan, MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC is an ANCC board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN from the University of North Carolina–Greensboro, followed by a Master’s in Nursing Education and a Post-Master’s Certificate as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Passionate about education, Manpreet advocates for health promotion and disease prevention.

In addition to her work at Victory Men’s Health, Manpreet practices as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. She continues to expand her expertise in hormone optimization and peptide medicine through continuing education with WorldLink Medical, the International Peptide Society, A4M, and AMMG.

Anna Griffith

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Anna Griffith, DNP, FNP-C is an ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Missouri–Columbia. A former personal trainer, Anna is passionate about nutrition and fitness and approaches care with a holistic, individualized perspective.

She continues her education through organizations such as A4M, AMMG, and Seeds Scientific Research & Performance, and she has completed WorldLink Medical’s Advanced BHRT certification.

Cassidy Graham

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Cassidy Graham, MSN, APRN, AGACNP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with substantial expertise in medical oncology and acute care. Cassidy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Illinois State University. Her dedication to excellence was recognized in 2018 when she received a nomination for the March of Dimes Nurse of the Year Award. Further advancing her education, Cassidy successfully completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University.

Driven by a commitment to health optimization, Cassidy’s passion extends to the domains of nutrition and fitness. She actively pursues continuous learning and professional growth by engaging in ongoing education with esteemed organizations such as A4M, AMMG, and WorldLink Medical. These endeavors enable her to continually deepen her knowledge of men’s health, encompassing areas such as sexual health, growth hormone releasing peptides, and testosterone optimization therapy.

Valerie Campbell

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Valerie Campbell, FNP-BC is an ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in men’s health—testosterone optimization, sexual health, cardiovascular screenings, peptide therapy, and vitamin supplementation. She delivers data-driven, personalized plans focused on performance and longevity.

She completed WorldLink Medical’s Advanced BHRT training and maintains active involvement with WorldLink, A4M and AMMG. Valerie earned her BSN from Purdue University–Calumet and her MSN-FNP from Southeast Missouri State University. Her background spans cardiothoracic and pediatric respiratory care as an RN, and emergency room and urgent care practice as an NP.

Jessica Halloran

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Jessica Halloran, DMSc, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant dedicated to patient care and health optimization. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Indiana State University, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Medical Science at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

Prior to joining Victory, Jessica developed a strong foundation in orthopedic and spine medicine. Today, she specializes in men’s health, with a clinical focus on testosterone optimization therapy, erectile dysfunction, and nutritional strategies that support vitality and performance.

Jessica takes pride in delivering compassionate, personalized care and believes in the importance of continuing education.

Dr. Jordan Grant is a urologist who left the traditional insurance-based “sick-care” model to found Grant Hormone & Wellness in Texas. He practices alongside his wife, Dr. Leah Grant.

Together, they focus on helping patients feel and live better through hormone optimization, paired with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Their whole-person approach recognizes that physical, mental, and spiritual health are equally important—and that at our healthiest, we can deepen our connection to ourselves and others.

Dr. Rybak is the founder of Embody Her Health. She completed her medical training at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and her Internal Medicine residency at Loyola University. She has practiced across multiple care settings—including Hospital Medicine and, most recently, Primary Care—and also serves as Medical Director at a local behavioral health organization. Dr. Rybak is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and is a member of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She holds the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential and has been honored with the Castle Connolly Top Doctors award in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Wellness has always been central to her life and practice. Dr. Rybak is passionate about spending the time women deserve to help them feel their best and live longer, healthier lives. She believes the patient–physician relationship should be mutual and team-based—built on trust, education, and shared decision-making.

The anesthesiologist who broke up with conventional medicine. Of course, that’s a very condensed version of how Dr. Lauren Fitz found – and quickly became a leader in – functional medicine. It was upon dealing with her own health challenges, and finding that western medicine continued to fail her, that she decided to explore a more holistic approach to healing. What she found ultimately saved her life – and turned her path in medicine in the right direction.

Dr. Fitz moved to St. Charles, Illinois in 2020 and opened Larimar Med after months of renovation. Dr. Eric H. Kim is a board-certified urologist and serves as Chief of Urology at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and Renown Health. He specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery for urologic cancers, including prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer, with a focus on delivering precise, patient-centered care. His clinical expertise also includes complex urologic reconstruction and advanced surgical management of challenging conditions.

In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Kim is actively involved in research and academic leadership. His work explores how artificial intelligence and advanced imaging can improve prostate cancer detection, risk stratification, and diagnostic accuracy—helping clinicians make more informed treatment decisions. He is committed to advancing the field through innovation, education, and outcomes-driven care.

Dr. Michael Twyman is a board-certified cardiologist with a focus on preventing and detecting heart disease. After completing his cardiovascular training at St. Louis University and serving a four-year active duty tour as an internist at Naval Hospital Beaufort, he has been in private practice since 2012. Dr. Twyman’s passion lies in heart attack prevention, where he utilizes a blend of conventional medicine, integrative/functional medicine, quantum medicine, and biohacking to address the root causes of cardiovascular issues. His expertise has led him to be a guest on renowned podcasts such as Dr. Mark Hyman’s, The Dhru Purohit Show, and Dr. Gabrielle Lyon’s, where he shares insights and empowers listeners to prioritize heart health.

Kristi Hales, a clinical pharmacist and advocate for patient health, has been in the health care field for over 30 years. She knows first-hand the struggles patients have with their health. Inspired by her own health problems she continued to learn and seek out different types of care for herself and others. What they don’t teach in health care is her passion. Her thirst for knowledge and learning never stops. She saw firsthand the consequences in modern medicine that have led to the outcomes we have today. When she found Worldlink Medical her personal transformation began. Kristi graduated in 1992 from Southwestern Oklahoma State University School of Pharmacy. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Education, teaching and educating on health and hormones with WorldLink medical.
